Thanks for visiting my website so ang goal ko sa article na ito ay bigyan ng simpleng idea or tips kung bakit karamihan sa mga pinoy na naging networker ang nag-quit bumalik sa rat race at ang iba ay nagpalipat-lipat ng Company.
Para sa mga first time sumali sa Networking I'm glad you joined in network marketing :) at para naman sa multi-company na networker bakit kaya marami ang networker na nagpalipat-lipat?
Ito ang karamihan na dahilan kung bakit karamihan na mga pinoy networker ay nagpalipat-lipat ng Mlm Company:
1. Hindi Kumita - Ang tanong ano ang mga dahilan kung bakit ang isang networker ay hindi kumikita?
a. Tamad - Nagpay-in pagkatapos walang ginawa sa madaling salita (tamad or lazy)
b. Walang natutuhan - Hindi inaral ang pinasukan na Mlm Company, products, marketing plan/system kaya ang resulta nahirapan mag-invite (walang natutuhan) at hindi kumita.
c. Nahirapan mag-Invite - Kung wala kang natutuhan sa company na pinasukan mo wag ka na magtaka kung bakit hanggang ngayon nahihirapan ka mag-Invite.
2. No Mentor/Upline Support - After magpay-in ng isang member hindi na naguide ng sponsor at hindi rin nabigyan ng marketing tools like video, website, fliers, photos
a. No Group support
b. No Team support
3. Defective Marketing System - Manual System
a. No Personal Websites Support - You need a simple websites consist of video presentation, photos, scripts
b. No fliers/Caling Cards - Alam naman natin na ang tao ay lumalabas ng bahay diba? Halimbawa kung meron kang pupuntahan or bibili sa ka malamang meron tao doon na gustong makaahon din sa kahirapan tulad mo so ito na ang chance mo na eshare ang opportunity na meron ka sa pamamagitan ng fliers.
c. No Marketing Photos Support - Diba nagfafacebook ka dapat meron quality marketing photos ang pinasukan mo na company para maging madali maintindihan ng mga facebook user na kaibigan mo ang opportunity mo.
d. No video Presentation Support - Kung bago sali ka palang sa mlm company mo dapat panoorin mo ng maayos ang video presentation at para hindi ka rin mahirapan sa opportunity na meron let this video do the explaination to them ok?
Kung gusto mo talaga maging halimaw at maging effective na recruiter dapat completo ka ng marketing tools like websites, video presentation, marketing photos, etc.
Ano ba ang effective marketing system at bakit napakaimportante nito sa pagiging successful natin sa network marketing?
a. Effective Video Presentation - Unang-una dapat natin maintindihan na meron talaga hindi magaling magexplain or walang communication skills, kung meron mga video presentation ang company or team na pinasukan mo kahit hindi ka magaling mag explain ay hindi ka masyado mahihirapan na mapasali sila.
b. High Quality Marketing Photos - Dapat sa marketing photos palang na nagagamit mo ng libre sa pagpo-promote mo ng opportunity mo ay nag-eenjoy ka na dahil magaganda ito at high quality.
1. Kuntento na sa kinikita like ok na sa kanila ang makakain lang ng tatlong (3) beses. (Survival mode)
2. Hindi interesado matuto ng right skills kaya hindi rin natuto kung paano gawin ng tama ang business kaya nahihirapan mag-invite.
3. Kahit maganda ang company na sinalihan mo kung mismo ikaw hindi interesadong umasenso hindi ka rin magiging successful sa networking at ang resulta isa ka na sa negative result ng mlm company.
4. Always remember na kung sumali ka man dapat maging seryoso ka sa network marketing dahil ang magiging resulta mo dito ay seryoso din.
Para naman sa mahilig magpalipat-lipat ng company ano ba ang mga dahilan at disadvantages:
1. Hindi kumita - Ang tanong meron bang company na pagsali mismo kahit wala kang gagawin o hihilata ka lang ay patuloy kang kikita? Learn first before you earn! Be patient everything's comes to you in a perfect moment :)
2. Defective Marketing System - read no. 3 located above
3. Hindi Binigyan ng Spill-over - Nakakatawa talaga itong dahilan ng mga tamad na tao, gusto kasi ng pinoy na kumita kahit walang ginagawa diba? Malamang kung ganito lang ang habol mo kung sasali ka dahil sa spill-over ay ngayon palang mag-quit ka na dahil hindi ka magiging successful ng dahil lang sa spill-over. Nakabalita ka na ba ng naging milyonaryo na networker ng dahil sa spill-over?

Disadvantages - Kung every 3 months ay palipat-lipat ka ng company ang resulta niyan ay mawawala ang credibility mo at malamang maguguluhan ang mga followers mo kung ano bang company talaga ang hinahataw mo at hindi ka rin makakabuild ng malaking group or network kung mahilig ka magpalipat ng company

This is a big one (maybe the biggest), because the overwhelming majority of new and experienced network marketers blame everyone but themselves for things that go wrong. But in reality, everything that happens to you, in business and in your personal life is a result of your decisions in some way. You, and you alone are responsible for your business. The buck stops with you!
Tip 2: Be patient!
Rome wasn’t built in a day. In fact, most brick and mortar businesses consider it a huge success if they can turn a profit after a couple of years. So, what makes you think that the money will start rolling in after a few days, or even months? Building a business takes time, effort, and lots of patience.
Be prepared! When things don’t click right out of the gate, remind yourself that success is a process. Every step you take leads you closer to your goal. Everything you learn makes you more and more valuable to others, who will ultimately see you a the leader that can help them in their quest for freedom.
But until then, relax, persevere and be patient!
Tip 3: Educate yourself!
I tell all of my new consultants that they should focus on educating themselves for the first couple of months after starting a new business. This can be difficult for many people to hear, because they want to make money, and now! It usually doesn’t work that way.
The only way that you will make big money in network marketing (or any business) is if you over-deliver value to your customers.
How do you provide value? By educating yourself!
Tip 4: Make efficient use of your time
If you are continuing to work while starting your business, you will need to become a time management expert. Your new business is like a newborn – it requires nurturing, attention, caring… and time.
Be sure to carve out some time every day to work on your business. Turn your car into a rolling classroom by listening to CDs or tapes while you’re driving. Buy yourself a good mp3 player and plug into some great educational material while you’re at lunch or cleaning the house.
Every second you spend on your business will help it grow that much faster.
Tip 5: Expect to get out of your comfort zone
If this is your first attempt at starting a business, than it’s very likely that you’ll be expanding your horizons. You’ll be learning new and different ways of expressing yourself. You will need to connect with people.
No one ever made it big in network marketing by hiding behind their computer screen. You may very well feel uncomfortable trying new things that you may or may not be good at.
It’s okay – it means you are growing, and it’s a good thing.
Embrace the feeling and move forward.
The bottom line — have patience, be consistent in your efforts, focus on education, and above all else, take full responsibility for everything that happens.
